    Education and Support

To ensure all ambassadors are well-prepared, the program will include:

    Interactive Ambassador Map and Directory

To enhance visibility and connectivity within the community, the program will feature an Interactive World Map on the Radiant Foundation website. This map will display all active ambassadors, pinpointed by their respective countries or regions.

Each ambassador's profile will include a brief earthduction, areas of focus, and contact information (where appropriate), enabling community members and potential partners to easily connect with them.

    Map Features:

This feature will foster a more interconnected community, encourage regional collaboration, and showcase the global reach of the Radiant Blockchain.

    Funding and Resources

The Radiant Community Fund will provide all necessary funding for the Ambassador Program. As the network of ambassadors grows, regional funds may be established to support localized initiatives.

    Initial Funding Requirements:

    1. Grant Proposals: Ambassadors at different levels can submit proposals for funding to support events or initiatives that benefit the Radiant community.
    2. Merchandise: Initial assessments will be conducted to estimate costs for creating and distributing merchandise packs for ambassadors.
    3. Educational Platforms: Free or low-cost educational platforms will be utilized to facilitate the Knowledge Quest and other training materials.
    4. Interactive Map: Resources will be allocated for the development and maintenance of the online interactive world map, ensuring it remains up-to-date and user-friendly.

    Implementation Plan

The proposed changes to the Radiant Ambassador Program will be implemented in phases:

    1. Phase 1: Community Engagement: Invite community nominations for Program Coordinators and finalize the structure.
    2. Phase 2: Development: Create the Knowledge Quest, application forms, handbook, and the Interactive World Map. Revise the ambassador page on the Radiant Foundation website.
    3. Phase 3: Rollout: Launch the new ambassador program, promote it across all channels, and onboard the first cohort of ambassadors.

This structured yet decentralized approach will ensure that the Radiant Ambassador Program is effective, scalable, and aligned with the community's needs.
